Registration & Account

Registering on 1xebt is completely free — there are no account creation fees. You only need to send funds when making your first deposit, which is also where you can unlock your welcome bonus.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on 1xebt. During registration, you are required to confirm your age by ticking a consent checkbox. This platform is not intended for anyone under 18.

No. Only one account is allowed per mobile number and email address. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any existing balance being forfeited.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" Enter your registered mobile number or email and a reset link will be sent to you. From there, set your new password.

To change core details such as your name or date of birth, you'll need to contact support. You can update your email address and mobile number yourself from Profile Settings.

1xebt accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. For Bangladeshi users, Mobile Pay and Nagad are the fastest and most convenient options.

The minimum deposit at 1xebt starts from just ৳200. Limits may vary slightly depending on the payment method. See the Payment page for full details.

Withdrawals to Mobile Pay and Nagad typically take 2–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. Requests made at night are usually processed the following morning.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. However, withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been completed.

If a deposit fails, the amount is automatically returned to your mobile banking account — usually within 5–30 minutes. If it hasn't arrived, contact support with your transaction ID.

1xebt does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own service charges, which are outside of 1xebt's control.

You can cancel or partially cash out a bet within a set timeframe using the "Cash Out" option. This option may be limited once a match has started.

Decimal odds are used. For example, with odds of 2.5, a ৳100 bet returns a total of ৳250 if you win (original stake + profit). Your potential winnings are calculated automatically on the bet slip.

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is automatically refunded to your balance — typically within 24 hours.

Yes, 1xebt supports parlay and combo bets. Add multiple events to your bet slip — if all selections win, you'll receive a combined payout.

Security & Privacy

Yes, 1xebt uses 256-bit SSL encryption. All personal and financial data is stored in encrypted form. Your information is never shared with third parties.

Go to Profile Settings, open the Security section, and enable 2FA. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number, which you'll need to enter each time you log in.

Change your password immediately and notify 1xebt support. The support team will temporarily lock your account and investigate.
